1983 trail die?

I noticed that this '83 had what looked like small trails on the top of LIBERTY. As I lit the coin to photograph it I found it had (ridges?) that were probably not trails but emerging from the same area and traveling the same direction. So I don't know what's going on. Almost looks like something else happened to the die or the coin has a peculiar, uniform plating problem.

Jason - There maybe trails there, but they are just a bit to weak and have interference from the striated lines.
