Possibly an new doubled column

This is from my latest box of circulated fed rolls from my bank.
I cannot find a match at either coppercoins or with Billy Crawford's files.
If you know which one it could be please let me know.

Jean, that one is listable. I am a little backed up right now with the FY2009 doubled dies. I will be happy to have a look at it when things calm down a bit.
