Anyone having troubles uploading pictures?

Just tried to upload pic's on a 1994-P 1DR-001 that I just found and the upload says the pics/files are to big. Famous last words - I have not done anything different.

I tried to download a picture and it also said it was too large. I am using the Manage Attachments on the reply to Thread.:(

Everything exceeds forum quota. So Im guessing that it might have been lowered

Or, we (the forum collectively) ran out of space on the server?

I've been having this same issue since Sunday. I tried to reduce the size to the kb max and it still says it's too big.
