Possible new

It isn't a very pretty coin, but it seems to have some definite wavy steps.
I have checked traildies.com, coppercoins.com, and Billy Crawford's cd, and have not found a positive match to this one.
On coppercoins I came across 1993D-1DR-003 Class 9, but my coin has none of the obverse or reverse markers so I hesitate to attribute it as such.
Anyone else have this wavy steps?

Those steps are wavy enough that no one would be able to make it down from the memorial without falling and hurting themselves...
