After searching I cannot find a match to the anomaly on this 1984D Lincoln.
The upper serif has been smashed down so I cannot see a split that could be there. There are what seem to be two upright lines inside the D, and one curved line on the outside. Knowing how difficult it is to determine plating problems from actual doubling I hesitate to say with certainty this is an rpm.
Let me know what you think about it.
Thanks everyone,
Jean

It fits the parameters as an RPM Jean - the inside vertical lines and the outside curve could be the underlying secondary MM - D/D East (or West for the Primary MM). I don't see anything listed though on Coneca or CC. My opinion is either it's a new find or it's PMD. How cool as a new find, eh?

I don't see any evidence of an RPM...but I've been wrong before.
