Here is a 1998 Lincoln Cent which has been struck on a Foreign Planchet.
Note the Weakness of the strike and the size of the Planchet it was struck on which is about the size of a Dime.
No weight was annotated on the Slab for this coin to try and determine which country the planchet was produced for.

Watch out Joe, Squirrel The Cat is getting antsy and needs something to do.... :)
By the way, can weigh a normal cent in the same kind of slab and then this one?
It might give you the answer you are seeking.
Jean (smart aleck at it again).

Good Thought, however not all of the slabs weigh the same when they are empty. But it would proably come close. :tinysmile_hmm_t:
:LOL_Hair: More writing on the Tag of the slab makes it heavier so I would have to find one with the same amount of letters on both the TAGS!!!!:nerd:!

Now that will keep you busy and out of trouble, and maybe away from the back door so someone else can sneak in. :)
Or, just break open the slab and take the coin out and weigh it and then put it back in the slab and ......................
