I don't really know what one is but this doesn't fit in a tube quite right. The last picture shows the size difference. It is the larger coin in question is on the bottom.

It's a minor broadstrike. But the 2004-D cent is more interesting. You might have a tilted die error (vertical misalignment). Show us a photo of the opposite face, would you?

I'm not quite sure about this one. The reverse lettering isn't weak enough and the design rim is fully formed in the area directly opposite the weakness on the obverse. That would support a grease strike. But the gradual fadeout of the obverse design rim is compatible with a tilted die error. The evidence is just not strong enough to confidently support either hypothesis. But it's a coin that's worth keeping.
