Hi all, I think this is a die clash. The obverse pic or my scan blends pretty well but I can see it well with the naked eye. The reverse side shows through pretty well.

It looks like it is, as your scanner is not showing it very well however I can see the bottom of the Memorial.

Thank you to all that replied. I was hoping for something more definite than what my scans could bring to the table. I will do more work ( hopefully) with the camera so you don't have to pain stake the scans
