Can anyone make sense of this. In hand, there are pebbled tarils through the letters. One Cent has not been touched by this.Gotta love the foot pic though!

A lot of clad coins have weird lines that run through them, that I assumed, had something to do with a plating issue. Maybe another LCRer has more specific info on it...
