I agree with George, probably MDD.
Commonly identified on the portrait of '84s. There are a few out there that are rather extreme and are sold erroneously as DDO-001...

Are we sure this isn't the "Doubled Ear #2" out of the "Strike it rich with pocket change" (by Allen & Potter)

I think it could be WDDO-008

Not sure as the guide has no marker images and I've not seen a confirmed example

EDIT: Nevermind on WDDO-008 as that is on a '84 P not '84 D, could there be a similar type for the '84 D?

Anything is possible but class IV DDOs after 1964 are very rare, if the pics were better we might be able to tel for sure...
