Opened some OBW 1972 rolls I got at the coin show a few months ago. Finding a couple of coins with doubling like this. Any ideas? Master die doubling maybe?

Master, it should have a die gouge in the R or S of TRUST

Yep, master die doubling, I can tell from the top of the T in LIBERTY

I agree and with this doubling I put them up and save them in a 50 count tube even the ones from circulation.

I also keep the 72-D's and 72-S's.

Yup, this is master die doubling and is not worth any premium value over cents without this doubling. Nearly half of all 1972 minted cents show this doubling.

In other words, collect what you like, but keeping these is not adding to the overall value of your collection any faster than keeping all other 1972 cents.
