I see machine doubling on the date and mintmark, but nothing I would call PMD...I think...

i think thats the large "s" there are two for that year like the 1928 s

Yes, there were two mintmarks used in 1941, while larger, (shown on this example) the Trumpet Tail MMS-004 wasn't as dramatically different or as rare as the Large S MMS-003 used only on a few 1928S Lincolns.
