Here is the coin Patrick (The Penny Man) posted last week. I checked the coin for the matte proof diagnostics and couldn't find any. It is possible to be a matte proof without the diagnostics? I'm thinking its a well struck business strike. Just wanted some other opinions. Again Thanks Patrick for this wonderful coin even though its probably not a matte proof.

1910 and 1909 are notorious for having great strikes and looking like proofs. It is hard to say for sure from pics, but I would say it is not a proof.
