Here are two examples of 1972P DDO-009; the first is mine, the second is LCR member jpl6332's.
They represent two die states (or thereabouts) I believe. There are few die markers noted for DDO-009. Neither example has the gouge that is shown on Coppercoins.com. My example has the scratch near the leg of the N of IN noted by Billy Crawford on (DALCV), but does not have that specific gouge by the T in LIBERTY - it does have gouge (or dot) in a similar, albeit slightly different location (an overlay confirms this). Mine shows NE-SW die scratches behind the RT of LIBERTY. Jeff's example does not show any die markers except the remnants of one die scratch near the R in LIBERTY. The comparison shots show the changes in die flow lines, the changes in clarity of the extra 2 and the scratches behind LIBERTY.
I also highlighted the master die doubling on my example; it has the WH with the gouge in the S of TRUST. I want to say mine is EMDS (MDS at the latest) and Jeff's is LMDS (or LDS) but I am still struggling with die state analysis so may be way off. (I also should not I snuck in ashot of DDO-010 for comparison of the 2.)
