plus BIE error

This is probably a minor rpm so I am not surprised I cannot find an example for comparison. Although it is quite similar to the 019, 022 or 031, I cannot place the mintmark in the same spot on all three choices, nor does it have any of the markers shown for any stage represented. I have found five of these in the BIE coins I had set aside previous to purchasing my QX5 some time ago.

It makes me wonder how many other rpm with bie are out there that we haven't been able to detect. I guess it does not matter because it is the hunt that makes it fun.
