1940-D new possible RPM

Well, I'm posting this because there just aren't that many 1940-D Rpms and this one definately looks interesting to me. I made an attempt to do an overlay also. Don't laugh...yeah, I know, I suck at it, but I was trying to see the rotation of the rpm. What does everyone think? Good enough to send in?

Interesting find, your overlay is great at showing your hypothesis...seems plausible, it would probably need to be sent to someone for in hand analysis...
