New 1983 DDO or

I need a little help here folks, I found this 1983 DDO and the markers are bold, it is a Class 5 and a nice one but I can't seem to marry this with any of the die markers on CC. There a number of prominent die scratches on the obverse. There are also two nice die cracks on the reverse(see next set of pics in the following messge). I just don'y know about this one.

I can't pick it out, maybe it is an LDS of one of the better listed DDOs that hasn't been illustrated yet or something new? I checked Billy's DVD I dont think I see it there either...
