While shooting the photos for the "bulging vein" post when I noticed the plating seperating from 'cut' edges, mostly around nomenclature.

Thought I'd share :)

Nice pictures Minty! If it were not for the splitting problem the coin appears to be perfect. Still, for the 80's era, a beautiful example of what the mint did right.

Good point Jean, Minty's pictures have been getting better - very clear...:)
