Is this a possible RPM? Seems like there is a minor split serif on the top?

I would say it is an RPM but an extremely minor one. One that probably isn't or wouldn't be listed. I don't spend time trying to attribut those myself. I set them aside for future rainy days or when I'm feeling really ambitious.

I agree with Rock that it is probably a RPM and too minor too list. I do have a ton of minor RPMs like this myself.
