Are all the 1998, 1999, and the 2000 wide AM cents considered RDV 006?

Yes - the WAMs have RDV-006.

I take awful pics and besides, the pics I did take makes the coins look worse than what they are.
Oh, and all three are 1998s'.

You are pretty darn lucky. In my few years of searching the best I can say is I have them because they were either gifts or I purchased them. That is okay though because it keeps me searching for 'my very own'.
