I have the same problem, I keep seeing 1989's with an 88 Reverse but I have been assured by the best minds that my eyes are seeing things.

I would lean toward RDV-005 on the first one.

I think the RVD-005s are harder to identify because they wear down as they are shallower and start to take on features of RDV-006 or 007 under different types of lighting conditions. RDV-006, as it is raised higher, at least for me, seems pretty obvious in comparison...

Aha! Then I'm not going crazy- I'd say 005 for the left and 006 for the right. But, the 006 is worn down somewhat.
