1943D sweet

I found this in a lot i picked up on Ebay. I think it has been cleaned, there are some very fine scratches in the field on the obverse. Should i even consider sending it in to be graded?

The surface looks a little suspicious. This is my favorite RPM...obviously! You don't see it too often. Nice buy!
