Not much rotation on that. Maybe 15 degrees or so. They give the mint I think 15 degrees of error room. So anything under that would be a normal strike.

I would have to say that your find appears to be outside of the Mint's accepted margin of error for rotation tolerances. You have found a legitimate error coin. Congrats! If it were mine I would send it off to ANACS for certification. Your call. To give a rough idea of rotation think of the coin as the face of a clock. The distance between each number on the face of the clock(1-12) is equal to 30 degrees, or each minute on the clock is equal to six degrees.

This is going to lok crude and dirty but it works. I'd say yous is about 30 degrees CW.

Thats a very nice find and I agree its well outside of the mints tolerence...
