NICELY SEPERATED E SE MD lips, nose and eyelid. Heavy die detriorzation rev. from B.U. roll many other double and triple RPM's also.

There are a lot of 1960 D to look through. If you could zoom out a bit and get a pic that contains both the date and mint mark that will help to attribute this RPM.

Definately and RPM but that doubling is hard to see in the pic but Im almost sure its some of that Master Die Doubling if Im not mistaken

and with SO MANY RPMs in 60 you will have to match up the Mintmark position. Good luck with that.
