This looks like it could be a DDR, it has what looks like extra columns in bays 9 and 10

I am not to sure on this one. I think that a lot of these extra columns may be a plating problem. Howevr, they may also be a doubled die; an in hand examination may be the only way to tell.

An extra columns DDR already exists for 1991 LMC, so it could be possible to be a new die.

I sent this coin into Bob and it is now listed on Coppercoins as 1990-P 1DR-001. I made a mistake on the date its not a 1991.
