Although no markers for this die I do believe this could be 1mm-014 listed on CC?

I'm thinking it is not RPM-014 based on MM position alone. The MM on your coin looks to be to far to the west to be RPM-014.

Youre right it looks a bit south/west Would you say this is a rpm or a plating problem? I get alot of the 80's rpms confused with the two.
