How would one effectively value this coin, considering the DDO/DDR. CC lists two prices for the DDO and DDR, so, i'm just trying to gather a valuation. The coin appears MS65/66 at best

Coppercoins does not list separate prices for each side of the coin. The values used are the same for 2004P-1DO-001/1DR-001 and do take into consideration that this is a double doubled die.
