There are a lot of those RPMs with a bottom hook and vertical bar inside for that year. Markers and location will be key in attributing. You didn't mention whether you found any markers for this. Also have you tried doing an overlay to match the location?
It definately is a nice bold RPM. A nice find.

RPM's 046 and 048 are other possibilities for this one. Markers and mintmark positioning is really the only way to be sure which one it might be.
