Pretty sure these are both struck through, maybe something like a late state die-cap or somesuch.

I've seen these before. The side with no detail ussually has a wavy effect to it. Does this one?

Yes, I think so- I've interpreted that to be the remains of the lincoln memorial.
I've seen 1999 Wide AM's that look like that. In fact I sold one for $330 once. I can't tell from your pics which is which, but one of those has a Wide AM and one is 1999.

The one with the completely missing date is the close AM, and the other one, while wide AM, is I believe a 1990 since there's a trace of the lower zero loop (might be not visible in the photo). Too bad, since I'd rather it be a '99 wide AM!

It looked like a '99 in the picture. Too bad.
