I am leaning toward CONECA 9-O-VI ?

With a large amount of Class VI doubled dies in 1945 (Denver), I think a definite attribution of what die it is would be best served by an in hand examination.

It is a Class VI and a nice find. It seems similar to coppercoins' die # 2.
