Cross References?

Hi All,
Thinking about all the different numbering systems for die varieties (CONECA, coppercoins, Wexler, Potter, Crawford), is anyone aware of a cross reference table? Or, where do people find the listing numbers for Wexler and Crawford? I can look up CONECA references online, and most of the coppercoins ones are online as well, and I have Potter's book on pocketchange.
Are the other numbers only available in hard copy?

Have a cross reference on Wexler amd CONECA RPM#'s but not complete as yet. In the process of adding Coppercoins RPMs. Total is a little over 2600 now.

I am looking forward to Wheat Cents' completed cross reference. I would love to post it on the site!!! I know that it is a lot of work.
