As best as I can see this is WDDR-039, with a Stage A obverse (no pictures of the obverse yet). I do not see any cross references for this coin.
Let me know if you think it is the proper attribution.

It seems similar to 039, but John's pictures makes the extra digit seem a little smaller than yours. These DDRs give me a headache at this point. Maybe Ribar, who found later stages, has some other pictures or info available...

Yeh I know, there are a great number of these FY's out there. These rolls I have purchased are adding new-to-me coins to my personal collection. If I keep this up I might get the complete set. Onward!

Gene, I would agree with WDDR-039, position looks correct but a little blurry...
