Hey all, Althiugh it is not the best picture can anyone help with this 83 Cent. It appears to have notching showing in the pic?

The details are washed out and I cannot tell if there are or are not notches...

Sorry, I am having a hardtime reducing the light source. I pointed out what I think I am seeing.

The pattern to the supposed notching does not follow a logical pattern. Could they be created from the lights? Sometimes that happens with bright light. You can try to mask the light with wax paper or tracing paper so it isn't too bright.
