That LC has been through the ringer... That spot on the reverse reminds me of being poured into a mold and that is the pour hole!!!

I have to agree, that all looks like some serious PMD...

It is all post strike damage. The cent was hit with some sort of punch and that may have caused other damage seen. The circular or disc shaped marks may have been from a coin counter, which did not allow the coin through and jammed.

If you return it into circulation, hammer down the raised portion so that it will fit through a coin counter and not cause any more damage.

Abraham, HOW WONDERFUL! I really like your collection of damaged and odd and error coins. Those are my favorite. Also, welcome to LCR, this is a great place to be.

I like those LCs'... It would be nice to see some close up... Maybe the ones with what appear to be bullet or drill bit holes!!!
