1947 S/s

I'm guessing this is an S/S, but I have no idea which one it is. If I had to take a stab in the dark, I'd say it looks like RPM#001.

I think the location is off to be the 1947 S 001. The angle of the photo may be throwing me off. Let's see what other's say.
