Nice buy. I hit the sales hard this morning too.
Great buys. Are any of those VDB's ?
The first two which includes the first one or better known as 1909-VDB RD
Hovering over the photo will give you the name of the photo and I name them what they are..:)
Okay, it was a dumb question.

That's fantastic. My son and I (collectors, both) have talked about visiting garage and estate sales, and your find is a great motivator for us to finally start doing so.
Congrats!

Nice pick-up and doesn't happen too often.
If you are exploring garage sale be sure to look for silver items like bowls and silverware. Also, gold chains and rings. Sometimes people have old gold and silver rings and chains that end up in drawers with costume jewelry.

i bought a box pokemon toys at a garage sale for $5. on the bottom of the box there were 8 23k gold plated trading cards from burger king. they are worth about 10 bucks each. not even close to your find. but i was happy.

You guys have me stoked to get up early tomorrow and scour all the garage sales in the area now with your stories of victorious treasure hunts! Let's see how stoked I remain though the alarm clock goes off at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning though... :tinysmile_hmm_t:
