Searching today and ran across these two Pennies. Still learning here so don't know if they are worth anything. I couldn't find any info on theses. The first one is a 1989 D with what looks to be an extra I between the I and B. the second penny is a 1989 and looks to have thicker FG on the reverse. Let me know what ya'll think. and sorry if this is common still learning and getting use to my scope.
I agree, the appearance of an extra I is from the fields lowering from die wear (recessed on the die means raised on the struck coin); and the FG is normal, known as RDV-006 introduced in 1989. Die wear on the '80s plated Lincolns was terrible.
